How To Stand Up For Yourself And Live Your Passion

Do you ever wonder, why, why, why it is so difficult to live the life you most love? It is actually not that difficult to answer. We often have the misconception that to stand up for ourselves in our life we need to be better at saying "no".

We need to be stronger, more alpha like, tougher. What if the reason we have challenges in standing up for ourselves, might be because we have difficulty saying a vibrant"yes"?

The brain and our culture does not like us saying no. It suggests that there is something wrong. Unlike when we are saying, "yes" in our lives. When we are announcing a "yes" to the world, there is a message, that there is something very, very right in your world. For instance, "I would love to assist you, and I will not be assisting because I am committed to this already. I wish you every success." You stay on your assertive path without harming the relationships you love to keep alive. This is healthy living.

Ordinary People and Exciting Relationships

“Live the Magic in every encounter you have.”

- Suzanne Kyra

We all are so crazy accustomed to our everyday lives, that it kind of gets dulled down. We can feel so under stimulated, that we ask ourselves what is so special about being loved by someone, or respected by someone. We begin to just kind of flow through our lives in an obligatory way, and hope for one day, one day, one day, something different and better will come along. And for most people it sadly never changes.

What does it mean to have extraordinary and exciting relationships? It takes for you to be fully, and I mean fully alive in all of who you are. Yes, you are extraordinary, in that you are the only you, even if you are an identical triplet. No one can be you. Appreciate this about yourself. When you learn to truly appreciate who you are from the inside out, you have achieved a healthy relationship with yourself. Wonderful news, the relationship you have with yourself, you share with absolutely every human being you meet. Yes, this is true. the more self-aware you are, the more you appreciate your ordinary world, the more engaged you are with every being you meet, and this is where the extraordinary and exciting part of relationships occurs.

The focus of this exciting three day event will be:

  • what you need to practice to empower your self-image.
  • what is needed to create and live with exciting relationships.
  • what are the practices to extraordinary relationships
  • how to continue to enjoy this richness for the rest of your life no matter what your situation.

Emotional Intelligence and Your Freedom

Freedom is the most precious thing to own. Freedom is something you take. No one can give you freedom. Freedom is only something you can take. This is where Emotional Intelligence comes into play. The higher your Emotional Intelligence the more successful you are at attaining healthy freedom in every component of your life.

The everyday over-confidence, and under-confidence of how to live your life melts away. You are able to assess your skills, your talents, your needs, your desires, your purpose, your vision and you are successful at this in all parts of your life.

Wanting a high Emotional Intelligence is not enough. You need to learn what it is, and then how to apply it in every aspect of your life. It truly is pratice, practice, practice.

The difference between those with high EI, and those with low hish EI, is that high EI people, are able to accurately track their own emotions, those of others, and control their impulses, while remaining completely open to what is, and achieve a genuine and successful outcome. They honour their freedom more than their fears. They laugh at their fears, and embrace the honesty and integrity of their freedom.

EI is what aware people spend a life time acquiring. Whether at home or at work, a high EI is one of the most crucial components to rewarding and resilient relationships.

At Our Flagship Three Day Event We Will Cover:

  • What healthy EI looks like
  • EI’s impact on human dynamics
  • How your history influences EI
  • How to assess EI
  • How to develop a high EI in yourself and others

The focus of all this Living Big Events is for you to fully experience and learn the tools on how to live with a High Emotional Intelligence.

In these three days there will be a balance between, instruction, discussion, rumination, relaxation, practice, and socialization.

Do invite your partner, family, friends and work colleague to get the most out of this three day Living Big Event. I look forward to seeing you there.

To you joy and freedom,
Suzanne Kyra
